RefactorCV provides AI-powered resume and cover letter tailoring. You upload your resume and a job description, and our service uses AI to optimize your application materials. Results depend on the quality of input provided and AI model capabilities. We do not guarantee employment outcomes.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information in your resumes and cover letters. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights. You must keep your account credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all resumes, cover letters, and personal data you upload. AI-generated tailored outputs are yours to use without restriction. RefactorCV retains no rights to your content beyond what is necessary to provide the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

RefactorCV is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the service provider's registered jurisdiction. EU consumer protection laws apply where mandatory.
